Job Description We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientations. Oversee employee relations and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner. Conduct training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Manage payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance and administrative teams. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the digital marketing or creative industry. In-depth knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
